Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
